The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named and any other person who may be concerned - You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is: In Rem Complaint for Foreclosure and For Order of sale regarding
certain real estate in which you may have an interest, which real
estate is commonly known as 1045 Harris Street, Huntington, IN 46750, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot Number Nineteen (19) in W.H. Meech’s Subdivision of Out Lot No. One (1) in Sabine’s Addition to the town, now City of Huntington,
Indiana.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: Scott A. Peyton (deceased), Anthony Gage Peyton, the Unknown Occupants of 1045 Harris Street, Huntington, IN 46750, and the Unknown Heirs of Scott A. Peyton, as all the unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, grantees, wives, widows, husbands or widowers, assignees, or successors, of Scott A. Peyton whose names are unknown, all the unknown lineal descendants of deceased legatees who were lineal descendants of each and all of the above named defendants, the grantors,
administrators of the estate, or the legatees, devisees, trustees and executors of the last will and testament of any of the above named
defendants who are dead, and of the women once known by any of the names above stated and who may have changed their names and are now known by some other name, who may claim some right, title or interest in and to the Real Estate are made a party of this action to answer as their interests may appear.
In addition to the above-named Defendants being served by this
Summons, there may be other persons or entities that have an
interest in the lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 30th day following the last date of publication of this Notice, and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
