FORT WAYNE — Indiana State Police and local law enforcement responded to five crashes resulting in one minor injury and shutting down I-69 for about two hours Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 12:20 p.m. an Indiana State Trooper stopped to assist what he thought was a vehicle slide-off on the southbound side of Interstate 469 (25.8mm), north of the SR37 interchange, Allen County.
