Land use changes and possible plans for new development at J.E. Roush, Salamonie and Mississinewa reservoir properties will be discussed Wednesday during a virtual public meeting.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chicago District is asking the public to attend and provide information and feedback following the presentation of a master plan, which will govern the properties’ use over the next 15 to 25 years. The master plan is a strategic land use management document that will guide comprehensive management and development of all recreational, natural and cultural resources throughout the lifespans of the local dams, according to Corps reports.
