The upcoming Understanding the Opioid Crisis program will provide community members an opportunity for education and discussion around the opioid crisis in our community.

Join Purdue Extension at this free event on Thursday, Sept. 24 at 6:30 p.m. This program is open to all members of the public and will be held at First Merchant’s Heritage Hall located at Hiers Park. Topics of the program include learning the terms and concepts related to opioid misuse, stigma, and recovery and identifying actionable steps to respond to the crisis in our community.
