The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) updated Huntington County's number of confirmed COVID-19 cases from five to four after retracting an incorrect number reported on Saturday morning.

Huntington County has remained at four confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 since Friday when the Huntington County Health Department confirmed the latest case.

Nearly 5,000 cases of COVID-19 have been reported statewide, with the latest numbers at 4,944 confirmed positive cases by ISDH.

Marion County, where Indianapolis is located, reported 1,956 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases.

One adult female resident from Huntington County is among the 139 who have died from COVID-19 across the state as of Monday morning. The Huntington County Health Department announced that the resident died on March 31.

In Huntington County, a total of 63 tests were reported by ISDH on Monday morning. Statewide, there were more than 26,000 tests reported by ISDH.
