Jack L Fair, 83, of Lake Hills TX passed away December 27, 2020. Jack was born December 26, 1937 in Pleasant Hill, OH. He is the son of the late Charles and Stella (Saul) Fair. He married Carol Bowman on August 20, 1960 in Decatur, IN.
He served in the United States Army. He lived in Warren, IN where he and his family worked a dairy farm before moving to Texas. He then worked and retired at Zumwalt Construction located in Mico, TX. His past time included restoring old tractors and going to antique tractor pulls. He was a member of the Tri-Count Antique Tractor Pulling Association. He loved pulling his tractors.
